Cathy Ladman - Latest News
This is not the latest news, in the sense of what’s going on in the world. For that, you might want to try The New York Times or CNN, etc.
But, for the latest news in my little, egocentric world, this is a good place to look:
I’m in Episode #2 of the last season of “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” My scene is with Larry, at the end of the episode. (I’m wearing a poncho that I knitted.)
(By the way, two fans contacted me about my poncho, and now they’re going to knit one!)
Well, they said my scene was cut, but then, there I was, under Philip Seymour Hoffman’s armpit, during the clip they showed on the “80th Annual Academy Awards.” Click here to watch it now. Perhaps it’s more accurate to say that I’m barely visible in the new Mike Nichols film, “Charlie Wilson’s War.” And please, remember: There are no small parts; only small paychecks. AND SCENES THAT ARE CUT, BUT THEN SHOW UP ON THE ACADEMY AWARDS.
Look on page 167 in the bestseller, “The God Delusion,” by Richard Dawkins, and you will find me quoted.

I taped my spot on The Craig Ferguson Show, which aired on October 4th - technically the 5th. I had a blast! Watch it now.
I will be in the second episode of the upcoming season of “Brothers and Sisters,” on ABC, directed by the wonderful Laura Innes. Watch for the Fall 2008 schedule here.
